Pretium's Jennifer Hogan receives 1st Place at IIBEC Document Competition

Another IIBEC highlight for Pretium! We are very pleased to announce that Pretium's Jennifer Hogan won the 1st Place Award at the 2022 Document Competition for her EnerPHit Deep Energy Retrofit Feasibility Study of the building at 255 Riverside Drive in Windsor, ON. For this project, Pretium is the prime consultant leading a team of designers to renovate a 47-year old 20-storey apartment building to the EnerPHit standard. This Feasibility Study was essential in determining an optimal cost-effective design that would achieve EnerPHit performance. Congratulations, Jennifer!
