- Six storey office building constructed in 1994 with brick masonry veneer, flat membrane and vaulted sheet cooper roofing.
- Developed repair strategies to address brick veneer (excessive efflorescence) and roofing systems (localized water penetration, blow-off of barrel vaulted cooper roofing).
- Building envelope condition assessment, design, specifications, tendering, contract administration and construction review.
