- Full replacement of a deteriorated suspended slab and stairs, concrete repairs at columns and roof slab soffit, new waterproofing and mastic traffic topping system at intermediate level, new roof deck waterproofing, masonry repairs and guard installation
- Garage condition assessment, structural design, specifications, tendering, contract administration and construction review
- The project schedule was restricted to 12 weeks as City by-laws limit street parking in the winter months. The project was completed on time and on budget.
