12 Storey Residential Building
- Twelve storey residential building constructed in 1990 with precast concrete cladding.
- Intrusive investigation, due to water infiltration into the wall assembly, to review the presence of mould and the condition of the precast concrete cladding anchors.
- Developed repair strategies to address ongoing water infiltration in the exterior walls.
- Repair design, specifications, tendering, contract administration and construction review.
