John Pogacar, P.Eng.

Project Principal, Past President

John is one of the company’s founding Principals.  He now sits on the Pretium Executive committee as Past President and Director of Quality and Risk Management.

John received his Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in 1986. Coming from a background of real estate and property management, John entered the engineering consulting industry in 1989.

John is highly skilled in the various aspects of building and envelope consulting, with particular expertise in building condition assessment; roofing asset management; and mould assessment. He currently provides technical support related to portfolio condition assessments and remains involved with all of Pretium’s core services. He currently splits his time between the Fishburn Buildings Sciences Office in Hornby and the Pretium Toronto Office.
