Nadine is a Project Principal and the Practice Lead for New Construction.
Nadine graduated with her Hons. Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo in 1997 and has been licensed as a Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario since 2001.
Nadine has experience in New Construction Third Party Review and specializes in Bulletin 19 Building Envelope reviews. She has been the Project Manager on numerous projects involving complex scopes of work, client relations, and large construction values. These projects have been related to building envelope, glazing systems, cladding systems, and roofing within the institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential markets. Nadine's areas of expertise include: project management, investigation, failure analysis, Tarion Bulletin 19R services, design and specification preparation, peer review, material selection, thermal and moisture management analysis, contract administration, and field review for building envelope restoration and new construction projects. Through these experiences, Nadine is able to recognize and anticipate issues that can arise during the investigation, design and construction phases in large and complex projects.
Nadine is passionate about getting it done right the first time and converting everyone she meets in the Yoda ways of all things building science.
