Pretium Engineering Inc. is pleased to announce a new executive structure, with Dave Moore serving as Chief Executive Officer and Jennifer Hogan serving as Chief Operating Officer.

The new structure gives Pretium’s external leadership and internal operations dedicated attention as the company plans for its future. As CEO, Dave will focus on long-term direction, growth, client relationships, and strategic opportunities. As COO, Jennifer will lead the company’s day-to-day operations, financial performance, organizational capacity, and execution of its business priorities.

Dave and Jennifer will work in partnership alongside VP Engineering Petr Vegh and VP Operations Suzanne Santyr, on a four-person Executive Committee. The streamlined team is designed to provide clearer responsibilities, strengthen collaboration, and support timely decision-making across the company.

“This structure reflects where Pretium is today and what we need to succeed in the years ahead,” said Dave Moore. “It allows us to stay close to our clients and the market while continuing to invest in our people, our technical expertise, and the quality of our work.”

The new structure grew out of Pretium’s review of the President role, which included input from staff across the company. That process highlighted the significant and distinct demands of both internal and external leadership and prompted the Board to consider what executive structure would best position Pretium for the future.
