Site Drainage Improvements and Asphalt Replacement

- Installation of new surface and sub-surface drainage system to address site drainage problems from adjacent property that was at a higher elevation and drained onto this property. Prior to the work, the entire underground was subject to unsafe conditions due to ice and areas of ponding water that had frozen.
- The project included regrading, new surface and sub-drain replacement and replacement of the asphalt-on-grade and supporting base material.
- Design, Specification and Tendering, and Construction Review and Contract Administration.
