- Exterior wall condition assessment, destructive wall openings and litigation support. Improper detailing of newly installed siding resulted in multiple areas of water leakage and deterioration of the wall assembly.
- Design, Specification and Tendering, and Construction Review and Contract Administration.
- Replacement of siding, eavestroughs, downspouts, soffits, fascia and windows.
