- Exterior wall condition assessment, destructive wall openings. Severe deterioration of back-up sheathing and framing components due to poor detailing of original siding components.
- Evaluation and presentation of findings and repair/retrofit options to the Owners.
- Design, Specification and Tendering, and Construction Review and Contract Administration.
- Replacement of siding, eavestroughs, downspouts, soffits, fascia and windows.
