- Visual condition assessment of shingles from grade and from ladder access.
- Review of attic spaces to check insulation, ventilation, integrity of fire separations, continuity of air/vapour barriers.
- Prepared prioritized replacement schedule for all roof areas over a 5 year period with opinion of probable costs.
