Single level parking garage, Serving a 7 storey apartment building
- Condition assessment, structural design, specifications, tendering, contract administration and construction review.
- Targeted garage roof slab concrete repairs including localized through-slab replacement. Localized concrete repair at walls and columns. Roof slab waterproofing and asphalt replacement.
- Localized repair within the garage at walls and columns.
- Addressed various slope issues including approach from street where resident vehicles were often bottoming out, or scraping on exit. The approach ramp was structurally modified to have a shallow gradient compared to prior.
- Various improvements made to the deck including improved garbage collection/enclosure areas, snow removal zones (plow friendly), and new high performance LED lighting for improved safety and visibility.
- Aesthetics improved with new landscaping, guard railings, site signage, etc.
