Mechanical System Retrofit: Low Rise Residential
This low-rise residential building required various mechanical equipment replacement including:
- Fluid cooler
- Dual circulation heating/cooling pumps
- Garage exhaust fans
- Water softener system
- Cooling tower
- Domestic hot water recirculation piping system
- Domestic hot water supply risers system (24 risers) up to in-suite isolation valves
- Domestic cold water supply risers system (24 risers) up to in-suite isolation valves
