This low-rise youth centre contained a mixture of public assembly and commercial spaces including a dental clinic and childcare services.
Pretium provided building condition assessment and feasibility study related to infectious disease control including recommendations for:
- Portable and/or permanent ceiling ducted HEPA units in dental/health care offices and high traffic areas.
- Improved filtration with the implementation of HEPA filters at return air grilles.
- Upgrades to air handling units with MERV-13 filters and ultraviolet (UV) lamps at cooling coils.
