Pretium Anderson performed building condition assessments which also included accessibility audits for 17 Infrastructure Ontario owned facilities / operated by CBRE. Scope included 20 year capital plan with prioritization for capital expenditures identified for the first 10 years. Reporting was done in an excel format consistent with VFA so that data could be easily imported into the database upon acceptance by the end use client (Infrastructure Ontario)
Projects included four buildings with heritage characteristics, and most had special considerations for costing such as security and construction in off-hours. Costs provided needed to take these factors into account.
