- Review of 46,500m2 of floor area throughout the 2-level, 8 building facility including 329 patient care beds, patient support rooms, administrative offices, therapeutic swimming pool, exercise room, gymnasium, bowling alley, games room, pharmacy, lecture theatre and 2 cafeterias.
- Components reviewed included building envelope, structure, site surfaces and appurtenances, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and life safety systems, elevators, accessibility, interior finishes, kitchen and laundry equipment, and hazardous materials.
- Separate hospital code and barrier free accessibility review.
