Pretium Anderson provided Universal Design consulting for the 4 Transit Team, who were hired by Metrolinx to develop the Project Specific Output Specifications (PSOS) for the Toronto Eglinton Light Rail Transit.
Our role focused on the development and review of all accessibility requirements during the in-market period for the new Eglinton Light Rail Transit system.
In addition our Universal Design consulting services involved a review/evaluation of the two proponent Designs and consultation with Metrolinx in the development of the new Metrolinx Accessibility Guidelines.
The contract with 4 Transit extended over a 1 year period (2014—2015).
