Window Replacement and Cladding Retrofit

- Assessment, design, specifications, tendering, and contract administration and construction review.
- Replacement of 159 window assemblies and custom interior security screens;
- Retrofit of curtain wall assemblies including replacement of glazing, gaskets, pressure plates and aluminum cover caps.
- Overcladding of brick masonry including installation of an air barrier and prefinished insulated metal cladding.
- The facility remained fully occupied throughout the project, with minimal disruption to patients and staff.
