- Installation of new window wall assembly over the original assembly. Glazing and sliding doors were removed and spandrel panels were retained to minimize interior finish repairs and tenant impact. System drainage was provided at floor levels
- Balcony concrete repairs, waterproofing and painting
- Wall concrete repairs and coating application
