- Exterior wall condition assessment, destructive wall openings, thermographic scan.
- Evaluation of 10 retrofit wall cladding options. Computer modeling software was used to evaluate the overall thermal performance, condensation resistance and projected energy savings of each option.
- Architectural Renderings, Specification and Tendering, and Construction Review and Contract Administration
- EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System) installed over deteriorated TTW brick and stucco cladding.
- First major EIFS Quality Assurance Program project (EQI) in Canada.
