- Water penetration investigation, roof condition assessment, design, specifications, tendering, permit application, construction review and contract administration.
- Challenges: Complex mobilization and access, extensive overburden i.e. planters and landscaping.
- System: Replacement of original debonded one-ply modified bitumen cap sheet with new robust two-ply system (20 year warranty). Replacement of existing glass guards at perimeter of roof with new code compliant glass guards.
