- Buildings ranging from 3 to 13 floors in height and constructed between 1958 and 1965. There are 2 underground parking garages.
- We performed a variety of envelope and structural engineering services for exterior wall brick masonry repairs to address water penetration, balcony concrete repairs and guard replacement to address structural deterioration, roof replacement to address water penetration, garage repairs and entrance canopy renewal. We also provided project management services for interior amenity space and suite renovations.
