- To address water penetration and resultant deterioration, exterior wall repairs consisting of targeted removal of the existing stucco cladding, steel stud framing repairs, and new EIFS installation.
- Balcony repairs included restoration of structural c-channels, refinishing of guards and balcony slab waterproofing.
