With over 25 years of experience, Nadine has been providing valuable and practical solutions to clients in existing building retrofit and new construction projects. Through her education and work on various projects, Nadine has developed a thorough understanding of building envelope theory and materials behaviour with practical knowledge of construction practices and sequencing.

Ayyaz is a motivated, versatile, and detail-oriented Building Science Consultant. He is recognized as a highly knowledgeable “go-to resource” whose advice on technical matters and construction inspection is held in prominent esteem by consulting engineers, clients, and key decision-makers. Proven history of conducting detailed analysis of contracts and creating reports that determine requirements, identify risks, and ensure compliance. He believes in being a confident communicator who effectively collaborates with a variety of stakeholders to accomplish all project goals and deadlines in an accurate and timely manner. As well as a resourceful problem solver who excels when dealing with complex issues in highly stressful environments.

Fahad is an EIT engineer with demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Building Science field. While working on the Bulletin 19 projects, he is actively involved in performing site reviews in various condominium projects including site visits, meetings, testing, and reporting. His writing skills are commendable in developing proposals, technical reports and marketing materials.

Erkan is deeply passionate about enhancing building standards in accordance with the exemplary approach adopted by Pretium. He perceives buildings as complex systems and is committed to enhancing their overall durability, efficiency, and characteristics throughout their lifecycle.
