Contract Administration and Construction Review

Once you have selected a contractor, we manage inspections and provide contract administration from start to completion. This process includes some or all of the following:

• Preparation of building permit documents.
• Preparation of contracts and award letters.
• Monitoring and review of repair quantities.
• Monitoring of construction schedules.
• Review of shop drawing, test reports and mock-ups.
• Chairing of site meetings and preparation of meeting minutes.
• Review and approval of proposed changes.
• On-site review of work for conformance with the contract documents.
• Site observation reports.
• Progress photograph record.
• Documentation and tracking of deficiencies.
• Coordination of on-site reviews by manufacturer technical representatives.
• Issuing of projected budget updates to the Client.
• Preparation of change orders, sit instructions, and change directives.
• Review of contractor invoices and submittals (i.e. quantity breakdown, statutory declaration, WSIB clearance certificate) and upon approval, preparation of payment certificates.
• Preparation of certificates for substantial and total completion.
• Acquisition of specified warranty and close-out documents.
