Roof Condition Assessments 100+ schools
Performed detailed, non-invasive, on-site condition surveys of existing roof systems. Generated a detailed roof inventory identifying the various roof types, structure, area, material, conditions, and deficiencies, including access ladders, etc. Identified critical roof replacements and repairs: provided budgets, recommendations, and prioritization for 10-year roofing systems renewal/replacement plan, and provided detailed roof plans. The Pretium reports, roof plans, and database assisted and formed the basis for replacement/renewal/repair budgeting and plans for the next ten (10) years for the facilities reviewed.

Garage Assessment and Restoration
This project included two distinct areas of the garage that required localized roof slab replacement and re-waterproofing. In addition, improvements to the garage HVAC systems and localized replacement of the sprinkler and lighting systems were completed. Pretium completed the specifications and drawings, managed the tendering process, and provided contract administration and construction review services throughout both phases of the construction project.
